A local realtor contacted us in order to determine whether we can manage his IT infrastructure. He decided that it would be better for him if we would take care of his IT. He does it, to be on the safe side, that everything works smoothly and to make sure there are no security breaches. After a short visit to his office, we checked and discussed what he needs, soon we were good to go. We took over the following tasks for him.
We checked all his Computers for Viruses and other issues and found a few. We, therefore, decided to do Backups of their Computers and reinstall them. By doing so, we even decided to upgrade to the latest operating system. After the installation, the computers where appropriately named and secured with admin and non-admin accounts, a new Anti-Virus Software, installed Software to access the Computers remotely. Connected printers and the Server shares, and more.
File, Calendar and Contact Sync with own Cloud System
We installed a cloud software on a subdomain of their domain in order to create them their companies internal cloud system that can not only sync files but as well as sync Contacts and Calendar entries with the smartphone, tablet, and Outlook. Now, the files are even available when not in the office. The good thing about this solution is that depending on the location of the server which hosts, their website, all files are stored within Europe and not on American servers.
Further, we created a new professional looking domain for them. The website is responsive, and we added the colours of their logo and stationery. Further, their Website’s Blog now holds the available flats and houses. Since they booked our ongoing website improvement service, we add new objects for sale or rent for them as soon as they become available. Further, we as well take care of security updates, search engine optimisations and other needed improvements.
We created a style guide, with all colour codes, and more, for the company and started to put all templates into that new design to make a perfect image when sending paperwork. Further, we created flyers, Brochures, new Business Cards, presents like pens and coffee cups.
Social Media Management
We evaluated which platforms are the most suitable for them and created their accounts there, started to fill them with content and from now one, whenever there are new objects for sale or rent, we post that to their social media channels.
